Christina Richter’s extensive corporate experience combined with her sales and recruiting expertise, makes her a truly unique sales and business coach. Christina is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years in business development, sales management, recruiting and operational roles within various private and public corporations. She established Inspiritus to put her sales and business competencies to work empowering executives, managers and professionals to achieve their life dreams and professional goals.

Prior to her formal coaching training at Coach U, Christina graduated from the University of Southern California and began her sales career within the staffing and recruiting industry. While building relationships within various Fortune 500, mid-market and emerging growth companies, Christina has sold multi-million dollar services to companies such as Intuit, Edward Jones, Amgen and General Dynamics. She has also recruited, managed and grown sales and recruiting teams nationwide.

A strong believer in the benefits of coaching, Christina has had her own coach for nearly a decade and beyond her own life experience and formal coaching training, contends that she owes a tremendous amount of her success in both sales and coaching to engaging the right coach to help her reach her goals. “We never stop learning” and “The greatest possibilities and solutions are often co-created” are two philosophies that are deeply embodied in Christina’s coaching style.

Christina has been active in the community by contributing her time and talents to many wonderful non-profit organizations including The House of Hope, Best Friends Animal Sanctuary and a variety of animal rescue organizations in Los Angeles. For the last 6 years, Christina has provided free career coaching for a number of clients who were out of work and did not have the income to pay for coaching services.

Today, Christina is following her own passion, which is helping individuals have more of what they want in their lives- greater advancement and success within their careers, richer relationships, and the ability to better manage their time to do what really matters. In other words, maximizing all aspects of business and personal life in order to truly thrive.
