We work with professionals who want more out of their lives and who are willing to dedicate time, energy and disciplined effort to their own growth.

We’ve coached across all industries, and at entry, mid or management level within a variety of disciplines including but not limited to Sales, Operations, Human Resources, Recruiting, Marketing, and Public Relations. We often coach busy professionals who want to be the best at what they do, but may not have the internal resources, tools, training, or manager to help them get to this level. We coach entrepreneurs to help them gain more focus, better time management skills, and to efficiently drive revenue and profitability into their companies.

By the time some of our clients come to us, they are “maxed out,” having reached high levels of success but still feeling like something is just not right, or missing. We also work with individuals who feel they’ve been talking about certain goals for years, and have always had the best intentions, but haven’t made much progress.

How We Work

We are very passionate about professional and personal development, sales, recruitment, and empowering others to achieve more than they initially think is possible. At Inspiritus, we realize how fortunate we are to have found a way to combine these passions to help others.

In general, we all learn best through our own experiences and actions, which is why coaching is so effective. With the help of an outside partner, you develop new perspectives, new skills and new insights. This results in an ability to reach your goals more quickly and with less struggle and frustration. When working with the right professional coach, new possibilities and solutions are created; you find new ways of thinking and doing that result in accelerated and different results than you get on your own.

Honest self-appraisal leads to clarity. We have to know not only where we want to go, but also where we are now, precisely. Through our work together, we define these points and bridge the gap, by creating a roadmap and outlining the specific steps along the way. We help hold you accountable for the actions and activities you commit to. We serve as part advisor, part facilitator, part sounding board, part mentor, part trainer, and part cheerleader.

The Coaching Structure

Our telephone sessions last 60 minutes and take place 2-3 times a month, depending upon the customized program. Additional phone and email contact between sessions is always included to ensure you remain focused and on track, to provide you with the opportunity to share successes, and to allow us to provide help in time-sensitive situations.
