Leading the company is Christina Richter, a seasoned coach with more than 25 years in business development, sales and operational management, with many prominent publicly and privately-held companies. Christina leverages her extensive experience working for both small and large corporations to provide results-oriented coaching and training that increases productivity, performance and profitability.

Deeply rooted in Christina’s coaching style is the philosophy that “the greatest possibilities and solutions are often co-created.” Christina has hired and learned from various business coaches since 2005, and attributes much of her success in both sales and coaching to engaging the right coach to help her reach her goals.

Prior to receiving formal coaching training at Coach U, Christina graduated from the University of Southern California and pursued a career in business development and talent acquisition. While building relationships with key decision makers at Fortune 500, mid-market and emerging growth companies, Christina sold multi-million dollar services to such industry giants as Intuit, Edward Jones, Amgen and General Dynamics. She also recruited, managed and expanded sales and recruiting teams across North America.
